Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-08-22
These terms cover your use of the arkush instance at arkush.app, operated by Oleh Omelchenko, Kyiv, Ukraine. Using this service means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use it.
The privacy policy says what we store about you and why.
This is alpha software, offered free
arkush.app is a public alpha. It is free, it carries no guarantees, and it may change or stop at any time.
- The document format still changes without migration. Dashboards can break or be lost between updates. Export anything you would mind losing.
- There is no uptime commitment and no support commitment. A dashboard you move to the trash you can restore yourself for 30 days; beyond that, there is no backup you can ask us to restore from.
- We may change, suspend, or shut down the service, with notice where we can give it and without where we cannot.
Who may use it
You need a Google account to sign in. You must be old enough to hold one in your country, and at least 16.
Some of the service works without an account. Work you do that way is stored in your own browser only. Clear your browser and it is gone — we have no copy.
What you may not do
- Do not upload or connect data you have no right to use.
- Do not put special-category personal data here — health, biometric, political, religious, or similar data about identifiable people.
- Do not use the service to break the law, infringe someone's rights, or send unsolicited messages.
- Do not attack the service: no attempts to break access controls, overload it, or reach data that is not yours.
- Do not resell the service or run it as your own product.
Security research is welcome under the terms of our security policy.
Your content stays yours
You keep every right you have in the dashboards, data, and files you put here. You give us permission to store and display that content only so far as running the service requires — showing your dashboards to you and to the people you share them with.
You are responsible for what you put here and for who you share it with.
Content we may remove
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms, that creates a legal risk, or that threatens the service. Where the situation allows it, we tell you first.
AI agents
You can connect an AI agent over MCP. An agent you connect acts as you: it can read and change what you can, and every change is recorded under your account. Connecting an agent sends your dashboard content to whoever operates that agent, under their terms, not ours. Choose accordingly, and revoke any grant you no longer want from the account menu.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We make no promise that it will work, that it will keep working, that it will be available, or that anything stored in it will survive. To the extent the law allows, we exclude every implied warranty.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Ending it
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account — see the privacy policy. We may end your access if you break these terms.
The software itself
These terms cover the hosted service at arkush.app only. They give you no rights in the arkush software itself.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, and the courts of Ukraine have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights the law of your own country gives you.
